Channels 1 through 6 of the FCC’s Part 15 wireless band are allocated for unlicensed IEEE-802.11 “WiFi” use.

But, these channels are also completely within the 2.4 GHz Amateur Radio band, and can be used under Part 97 FCC rules by licensed hams.
